Do you have an elderly family member who needs assistance signing important documents? We are happy to do home visits.
For attorneys, title companies, and mortgage professionals, we offer fast turnaround times on bulk document processing. Do you have a stack of real estate closing documents that need multiple signatures notarized? We can have them completed.
MOBILE NOTARY & SIGNING AGENT COSTS
Base Fee (travel up to 30 miles from West Paris includes first notary stamp) $150 with $50 discount for Hospice, hospital, skilled nursing, or home health care.
Additional Travel Fee (Per mile over 30 miles) $2.00
Additional Notary Stamps $20
Weekend Fee $35
The cancellation fee, if the appointment is canceled with less than 3 hours of notice or if signers refuse to sign, is equal to the half of agreed to fee.
